About Image Anything

Image Anything is a free browser-based toolkit for turning images into different visual forms, including emoji, ASCII, Braille, Unicode, symbols, pixel art, mosaics, patterns, color blocks and SVG.

Local-first approach

The project is designed to process supported transformations locally in the browser wherever practical. This keeps the workflow simple and can reduce the need to upload images to a remote server.

Open-source resources

Image Anything uses open-source resources and standards where appropriate. Emoji data used by the project comes from OpenMoji, an open-source emoji and icon project, and is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.

Independence

Image Anything is an independent project. References to Unicode, OpenMoji, browser vendors, operating systems, or other third-party technologies do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Project direction

The project is intended to grow from lightweight browser algorithms into a broader image-to-anything toolkit, with additional vector, enhancement, and AI-assisted tools introduced over time.
